American culture includes many external culture in it, where many cultures from outside united States create an integral part of the society. This diversity increases efficiency of a system as well as create a more intuitive culture where different parts of the society act as a whole system and create an equilibrium between different activities happening in the respective environment.

United States equal Employment opportunity Commission can be
defined as an organisation which is responsible for specifically in
forcing the federal laws of discrimination against an applicant
regarding the specific applicants race, sex, colour, gender identity,
national origin, disability or age, etc. Discrimination against the
person who reported for the discrimination is also illegal.
This specific type of law is applicable on each and every work
situation including promotions, harassment,hiring,firing, training,
wages, and benefits.
Intentional discrimination can be defined when a specific
individual inside an organisation knowingly work against a specific
individual or a group disadvantage that specific individual or
group or to provide advantages to other group in competition with
that specific group or individual.
A fine example of intestinal discrimination is about paying women
less than men for the same task and authoritative position.

discrimination which happens because of the ignorant or some

Stereotypes is a very major problem of American Society at the
current time. Each and every society has a different opinion for
others. People judge each other on the basis of skin colour and
origin. There is so much progress has been done in last few decades
but still there are so many prejudices and stereotypes which are
still a part of the American society and culture. The stereotype is
being a problem to the society as most of the time people judge
people on the basis of their profession. For example, a prostitute
is judged as a women, who is basically addicted to drugs and had a
horrible past. You cannot explain it to the public ,even if you do
so nobody is going to understand your views.
Parenting and education system plays a vital role in teaching
people and educating them towards stereotyping. If one's education
system is right and parenting is also done rightly and he has been
told that the specific ways of stereotyping are not correct and
ethically wrong, is the only way of correcting views of the people
from The very beginning.

Definitely each and every person has its own standards of
getting influenced by surroundings. Most of the humans have a
tendency to develop change surrounded buy new environment as well
as other factors which were involved in the specific environment.
Each and every person has a different standard as well as process
of adoption of the different stereotypes and perspectives of the
society.
Society in which we live in definitely effects our overall decision
making as well as the standards of stereotyping on the basis of
sexuality and ethnicity. All of these approaches directly reduces
the overall efficiency as well as productivity of an individual for
making a specific decisions in the society and living in impact on
their job. By separating both of the perceptions of the belief one
can easily improve its understanding of various factors as well as
provision of hair treatment to each and every person inside the
society.
