Disseminator - Leaders here communicate and share information and delegates tasks effectively
Spokesperson - Here leasers are ultimate point of contact and single representation of organisation to share information and answer querries and resolve issues
Negotiatior- Here leaders manage conflicts between teams and create middle ground by working in larger interests of organisation.

Other key roles he takes are of Liasion, Entrepreneur, Figurhead, Monitor, Disturbance Handler, resources allocator.
