Having a proper healthy balanced diet is of prime importance. Vitamin supplements are of beneficial for additional enhancement in our required elements necessary for proper functioning of the body. Vitamin supplements is to be taken only by the prescribed amount by a recognised physician.

It is not advised to fully depend only on vitamin supplements and not have adequate food. Vitamin supplements are used by individual with any specific health conditions such as heart diseases.

I prefer to include a complete vegetarian diet with required amount of meat, which is an essential protein supplement. A balanced diet consist adequate amount of all essential factors needed for our daily life activities which includes green leafy vegetables, meat/fish.
