I need a purpose and a hypothesis regarding viewing prepared slides of bacteria, amoeba, paramecium, and euglena under a microscope for my biology lab notebook.

Purpose of viewing these in microscope is to know the difference in morphology and nature of motility of single celled eukaryotes [protists: euglena, patamecium and amoeba] and how they are related/different to prokaryotic bacteria.

Hypothesis:

Euglena is a single celled eukaryuote and moves with the help of single faceplate. Patamecium uses cilia and amoeba uses pseudopod. Bacteria may have single or numerous flagella and shows brownian movememt.
