C. Market tools and applications

Namshi uses the market tools for increasing its customer base and communicating with its customers through emails, search engine optimization, home website, mobile pages, social media, online web banner advertising campaigns. The company also runs TV advertising campaigns to increase awareness.

The marketing tools are applied based on demographic and geographic customer profiles. Namshi targets the middle east online e-commerce fashion lifestyle customers. The strategy is to increase its mobile based e-commerce sales and marketing through launching an app and targeting the customers through digital marketing tools.

The companies has partnerships and investors from local as well as global markets which is providing growth and expansion opportunities to the business.

The company uses Branding and Video Marketing to create awareness about its products and share information with customers regularly through emails and online notifications. It shares newsletters with customers and videos related to its products on mobile apps, website and social media platforms.

c. Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing

As Namshi is in the online business of fashion and lifestyle products, it focuses on online marketing mediums to connect with its customers through email and Social media marketing for more interactivity and communication.
