Feedback mechanism helps the employees acknowledge where they are lacking, what are their strengths and weaknesses, and what they need to change. These factors support self awareness, and help to improve the capabilities and skills with appropriate training and development programs. Organisations need to use feedback control in an effective way, without making the members demotivated. This could help them have control work/project activities, managing issues and conflicting situation.

Giving feedback should not involve any demotivating phrases, it should be positively stated, and should make the employees feel concerned for their performance. While taking feedback from the employees, the management need to consider each critical to smaller issues for helping the members and facilitating them with requirements.
