To maximize success in both problem-solving and creativity one can address a team situation in following ways :
a. Understand what is causing issues, problems or conflicts in the team and tackling the situation as soon as possible is necessary so that team members can be encouraged to work together more effectively.
b. Open communication between the manager and team members must be developed for good team dynamics, it can be in the form of emails, face to face communication etc or using the crawford's slip writing method during the team meetings.
c. Encouraging team members to share their views and ideas so that unanimuos decisions are avoided and bullying of any team member must be known so as to avoid further issues.
d. To increase creativity, group discussion and brain storming sessions must be carried out where the team members are encouraged to come up with unique techniques which must be appreciated by the senior members of the team, while it can also help to get radical solution for the problem.
