Answer: Yes, I think Olympic organization is structured effectively, in the Olympic organization is large members organization which is structured well in a hierarchy manner, the members are included are International Federations (IFs), the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), the national associations, clubs, the athletes, judges and referees, coaches and the other sports technicians these all come under or regulated by International Olympic Committee(IOC).
It is an effective structure of an organization, the committee is responsible to make decisions and make a plan for the upcoming Olympic after a declaration of committee decision all under sub-committee or members of Olympic organization take actions.
purpose of NOCs: NOC is a national Olympic committee purpose or responsibility of NOC is to make and defend the Olympic Movement within its country.
purpose of IFs: IF is the Olympic international federation purpose of the IFs is responsible and duty of managing as well as monitoring the what running in the world in the sports sector. It promotes and governs sports on the international level.
