ANSWER-1) The elimination of Child labour has entered in the agenda of the Corporate Social Responsibility for most of the companies. The child labourers can be found in the supply chains in all stages, including in manufacturing, retail and agriculture. Today the companies have raised their concerned with child labour in their supply chains. It is considered to be as inconsistent with values of company, a threat to their image and ability to retain and recruit top employees, and also to the sustainability of company's supply chain. Companies can create and communicate their policy wherein clearly prohibiting employees from hiring children (who are not of working age) as domestic workers. Moreover those companies who have benefited from child labour have a social and moral obligation towards them, thus must supporting the children who are leaving supply chain to have a decent education
