What are the root causes of leaders losing their way? Can you identify leaders from your personal experience who have lost their way or are in danger of doing so? What can leaders, including yourself, do to avoid these temptations, stay grounded, and be authentic in their leadership?

CAUSES OF LEADERS LOSING THEIR WAY:

  1. Their can be low confidence in doing work or taking risks.
  2. low coordination in work.
  3. Family or Personal Problems can cause the performance of a leader.
  4. Hesitation in conveying his message to others.
  5. Negative or poor working Environment.
  6. Confusion created by its team members while doing work.
  7. Having no support from higher level of management or from his head.
  8. Due to not having proper planning.
  9. Having crises with management can also cause losing leaders their way.
  10. By inappropriate working of subordinates.
  11. When leader focus on external gratification instead of inner satisfaction.

THINGS WHICH HAS TO BE USED BY A LEADEAR TO AVOID THESE TEMPTATION, STAY GROUNDED, AND BE AUTHENTIC IN THEIR LEADERSHIP ARE:

  1. Stay focused on his target or goal.
  2. Be positive while doing work and stay humble with others in organization.
  3. Maintain patience while doing work.
  4. Have to be punctual & enthusiastic in his work.
  5. Act tough that they can do anything which will create positive attitude in team.
  6. Never insult people make them other realise that how much important they are.
  7. Do not fear of taking decisions.
  8. Act inappropriately according to the situation.
  9. Have to inspire others.
  10. Must have Tolerating power performance.

Adolf Hitler from German is the leader from my personal experience who have lost their way or are in danger of doing so. As he was serving a dictator and leader of the Nazi Party.
