ANS. Option A is NOT true statement regarding the ribosome.

Explanation;- Shine Dalgarno sequence is not present in the eukaryotes. Ribosomal binding sites, is the shine dalgarno sequence that are present only in prokaryotes for initiation of translation. In eukaryotes  translation initiation depends upon the 5′ cap of mRNA. The ribosomes are made up of the two sub- units both in case of the eukaryotes and prokaryotes. Ribosome are made up of the RNA and proteins. Ribosomes are also called as the protein factory of a cells.
