Planning- it is the very first and basic function of the
administration. It deals with examining the actions required for

Organizing - it is a process used for following and implementing
plans by bringing together the physical, financial as well as other

in place.
Leading- it is the process of actuating the methods for working
efficiently for achieving the decided organizational objectives.
With this function, the employee develops human interaction, being
motivated and communicates and inspires personnel.
Controlling- it is the last and the final function of the
management. It ensures the other three functions are appropriately
followed, and the flow of work is moving towards the organization.
