Three kinds of organelle that are components of cell's endomembrane system are:

I. Endoplasmic reticulum

II. Golgi bodies

III. Lysosome

Function of Endoplasmic reticulum: perform various function like synthesis of proteins, folding of protein and transport of protein to the vesicle.

Function of golgi bodies: modification, sorting and packaging of proteins.

Function of lysosome: contain digestive enzyme that digest excess or worn out organelle.

Cytoskeleton is a system of fibrillar proteins and tubules in the cytoplasm of many living cell . The cytoskeleton function include give shape to cell, help in the transport of substance inside cell, involved in cell division and in cell signalling.
