1- GE should departmentalize its organizational structure By-product or location (or both ) specially both because it is a global company which involves products which should be according to both location wise as well as product wise to meet the demand of customers with that particular product on particular location.

2- Jobs with a high degree of variety because customers are different and have different problems which can be solved by people having variety of approaches to solve those problems.

3- Decentralized because in this employees and its heads would be able to make decisions based on their ideas not the power imposed on them by the top management.

4- obs with a high degree of specialization because employees with specialization tend to work with efficiency because they work the same task over and over again and lead to lower cost and maintaining consistency in the job.
