You are hosting a barbecue for your neighbourhood block. How would you classify and identify your community members? What would be the course of action in making sure the food is appropriate for them? For example, will there be meat-free meal for vegetarians? How many dishes will be vegetarian?

Suppose I want to host a barbecue for my neighbourhood block. I can classify my community members in different way for different purpose. For example I can partition my locality on different pay scale because all types of people (poor, moderate, rich) lives here. At my viewpoint poor people would not prefer barbecue, some middle-class family may prefer. So location is vital in restaurant world. It is important to find a location that has a continuous stream of traffic, convenient parking, and is in proximity to other businesses.

Along with selecting a proper location we have to conscious about the fact that most of the people in that area are non-vegetarian. This is a big point of discussion when I'm going to host a barbecue (not any other restaurant). But it is not possible to get a place where all are non-vegetarian. So we have to take alternative step for the vegetarians also. Eg. we have to increase supply of milk products, vegetables along with meat. One of the most important thing we have to decide is what specific service style we are interested in. If he/she is a morning person, he/she may be more apt to owning a diner specializing in breakfast and brunch. On the other hand, if he/she consider themselves a night owl he/she may prefer an after 4 p.m. dinner/bar crowd.

To check if the food is appropriate or not, we have to to start with more offers to attract our crowd. Then after few months we have to check the level of the barbecue by giving the customers to give ratings on food quality, service , ambiance etc. and suggest some opinion from them so that we can narrow our style of food choices.

For the vegetarians we have to fix a lot number of yummy items containing lot of fresh vegetables like veg burgers, fries, hot dogs and sandwiches.

On a steady process we have to increase funding,higher more employees, advertise and marketing and discuss business opinions with attorney to run a successful barbecue.
