Do you know anyone who has experienced trauma in their lives? If so, without giving us their name or any identifying information, what can you tell us about how they have coped? What are healthy ways of coping and what are unhealthy ways of coping?

- Yes, I know somebody who experienced something extremely drastic and painful , it had nearly gotten difficult to recover that individual ordinarily like he used to be before . Be that as it may, indeed ,there is treatment for everything in this world . Mindfulness meditation , this is the thing that we proposed and utilized for him to adapt . Progressively, meditation and mindfulness-based unwinding strategies have been appeared to help deal with a scope of clutters.

- Here are a few different ways to deal with yourself while you're getting over a trauma ie. positive or healthy methods for coping to trauma :

* Take it simple.

* Take it each day in turn.

* Eat healthy, nutritious suppers and bites.

* Go outside.

* Exercise.

* Listen to your body.

* Do something social.

* Consider discussing your sentiments.

- Unhealthy coping ways :

* Substance Use, Abuse, Dependence.

* Avoiding others, Panic Attacks, and Agoraphobia.

* Staying consistently on monitor or hyper-watchfulness.

* Avoiding tokens of the trauma (for example Trauma Triggers)

* Anger, Irritability, and rough conduct.

* Dangerous Risky Behavior.
