One such program includes progressive muscle relaxation where the tension in the mind and the body is relieved by a series of muscle relaxations based upon a guided instruction. Secondly, breathing exercises are found to be effective in alleviating internal and extern stressors in metabolisms and also allows to ensure alertness and readyness to act. It improves concentration and the delivery of oxygen into the body which ensures blood supply.
