However labor unions fight for the members of their union and they often get competitive. Employees outside unions are negatively effected by these unions and their revolutions.
Labor unions help employers in maintaining a balanced work environment and settling issues . However they increase the wages and other benefits to be paid to the employees which is a disadvantage to the employer and also they can lead to legal cases if any kind of issue arises.
