2-Container should be air tight and it should not have any defect.

3-Make sure that no men is near the radioactive material as it releases radiation.

4-This work of transporting the material should be given to a responsible person who knows the importance of it.

5-It should be loaded and unloaded by wearing proper suits.

6-Store the physical material and isotopes separately.

7-Put a hazardous material tag in the container.

8-Storage place should be free from any type of contamination.

9-Radioactive waste should be collected at frequent intervals.

10-Dispose the radioactive waste carefully.

11-Designate a proper and specific location for the radioactive waste.

12-No direct human contact should happen during any step handling radio active material,special suits should always be weared.

13-Storage place for radioactive material should not be in commercial area,it should be in outskirts of city.

14-Proper attention and adequate care is required while loading and unloading it.

15-Storage place should be sealed ,not allowing air or liquid through it.
