Answer #1

Management ethics comes when people tend to do what is right and deals with the wrong with moral duty. This meal principle always boosts business relationships as well as the activities. Although maximizing the profits and stakeholders' interests is not the main objective of the managers, still, it is important for the manager to take care of the stakeholders' needs. As for the ethical part, managers should always share fair accounting results with the concerned stakeholders. It is actually not ethical for the managers to decide on their own what is good and what is bad for the stakeholders. The managers should evaluate and estimate their needs and analyze them so that it would be easier for them to compare the stakeholders' needs as well as the business needs. Then the manager can coordinate and blend the two needs together by simply allowing the stakeholders to take part in the organizational decision-making process. This way they can present their needs properly.

Hope this helps :)
