I would tell her that human resources should be managed in such a way that the benefits to the organization can be maximized.Human resources should be given authority and power as per their skills and capability of handling difficult and crucial situations.Human resources are a very important part in every organization thus proper utilisation of human resources can give very good results.Thus,proper planning and staffing of various employees must be done in a wise manner so that the organization can achieve the set aims and objectives very easily.

Also,for increasing the efficiency of employees,proper training must be given to them so that they can perform their jobs very well.Training makes an employee do his work with perfection and also helps in saving time and energy of the organization.
