b) i) When there is a priority item in the bucket list which needs immediate attention then being an analyst it is important to send reminders to the user or give a call directly to settle the issue.

One can additionally keep a meeting scheduled to collect the information and involving the higher management is an important aspect to get the response from the user or at least the point of contact to settle the matter or open item.

ii) If the information is still not received, then there should be an escalation to the higher management about the issue.

And if still the issues are not solved then after discussion with the client the open list should be discarded.
