Answer #1

Answer:

Work breakdown structure- The scope statement of any project can easily and properly be created by using the work breakdown structure. This all can be done by using scope statements and dividing further into subparts, in major project delivery into small components. This is considered to be project management and system engineering which helps the team to organize the teamwork in manageable sections. If WBS will not be used than schedule time will be longer for the completion of the project. A project scope statement is a tool to understand the project details and deliveries, barriers, issues and the key elements. Any project with a clear scope statement defines the boundaries. The scope statement gives a clear description of the project which helps WBS to differentiate project deliveries into subparts.

WBS is different from the project schedule as it is a management tool and system engineering to make the project work easily as it subdivides the work deliveries and tasks for the team to organize work in an efficient manner whereas project schedules involve forecasting of dates and sequences of the project workings. This is the process of determining the project tasks starting and finishing time.
