1. Tuskegee Study was a study in which various scientists started observing the reasons and its history behind the sexually transmitted diseases, Syphilis by bluffing to the African-American men that they are getting a free healthcare treatment from the government of United States.

2. The study lasted for 40 years.

3. The study ended on 16th November 1972

4. It was unethical because the doctors and scientist had no intention of disclosing and treating the diseases of the African-American men even though they know how to cure that disease. In fact, they were bluffing to the African-American men that they are giving them free healthcare treatment from the government of the United States. They also said that the treatment will be going to last for only 6 months but it lasted for 40 years.

5. The Common Rule can be known as a 1981 rule of ethics which was regarding the research in which humans were involved as subjects. This rule is about biomedical and behavioral research.

6. The Belmont Report was a report which was made by the National Commission with the main purpose is to protect the human subjects of Biomedical and behavioral research.

7. Informed consent is the consent taken by doctors from the patient before starting the test or treatment. It is very important because, through Informed consent, the doctors let the patients known about the benefits, purpose, and risk associated with the treatment. And a signed informed consent by the patient gives the assurance to the doctor that the patient is ready for the treatment and they can start the treatment any time.
