In order for a team leader to begin collecting data relevant to the project in order to create the necessary reports so that they can create the required evaluations for the status of their projects can be considered to be:

1. CAPITAL

We can say that the inflow and the outflow of the cash, as well as the cash in hand, can be used to measure the factor of efficiency and aid further production related processes.

2. OPERATIONAL QUALITY

There is always a risk of losing quality when we consider a project and therefore, the output of every level should be monitored for quality and efficiency.

3. SCHEDULE AND INVENTORY

Schedule and inventory would help a leader to understand if the required values are being met, the best schedule adherence is being observed as well as inventory I at the optimum level.

4. MILESTONES

Milestones as metrics provide a good overview of the overall performance aspect a company can follow in order to make the best possible use of utilizing the monitoring process.
