2. Some of Emma's friends at work identify more closely with management than with their co- workers. What arguments do they make in opposition to unionization? (from movie fast food high)

When people have cordial relations with the management, they do not feel there is anything for which they want to form a union and showcase their demands to the audience in general. They only have to speak to them in the most cordial manner and that solves the purpose. But the others who do not get their issues sorted by teh other members of the society it is really tough. so they need someone who can take care of them and always be there no matter what things happen.
