* Calculation of total calorie deficit required.

            Total calories found in one pound = 3500 calories.

     So

     Total calorie lose two pounds a month for 10 month = 3500 * 2 *10

                                                                                          = 7000 * 10

                                                                                          = 70000

           Total calorie deficit required = 70000 calories.
