Microorganisms are found in almost every habitat present in nature, including hostile environments such as the North and South poles, deserts, geysers, and rocks. They also include all the marine microorganisms of the oceans and deep sea.

- In some areas the amount of microorganisms are found more because the atmospheric conditions , wet lands , presence of high carbon dioxide , moisture areas , these are the suitable conditions to grow them . So, they are found in a greater variety
