• Prioritizing task/assigned work for myself. To be quick in work place

• Setting specific time limits to my work. and try to finish work well within the specified limits.
• Discuss the work process with the subordinates, how you can improve yourself to meet the objectives.
• Always expect the feedback from the your boss regarding your work.
