Deming believed that workers must follow those instructions which are given them by the superior. It helps in improving the quality and reducing the defects in production target.
The production system can be improved when quality related suggestions from every bottom level workers must be considered in designing the overall stages to the manufacturing. In this way , quality perspectives can be managed by the supervisors. In other words quality can be achieved only when each and every stakeholders of the organization or in house production facility maintains quality parameters or standards set by the top experts .
Even , one can say that the real aim of the facility should be to reduce the defects by the self participation of workers . Some times , trained people does not take interest at this situation , management must evolved the practices of quality circles.
