Diethylstilbestrol (DES) is the synthetic form of the hormone estrogen. Even though it helps in the prevention of miscarriages there are several adverse effects such as the daughters of women exposed to DES has shown chances of having clear cell adenocarcinoma of lower genital tract than who have not used it( it's rare) also they have increased risk of cancer in the region of cervix and vagi_na.
The male teratogenicity is that there is increased risk of developing the testicular abnormalities like undescended testi_s and risk of infection and inflammation of testicl_es.
The women who uses this DES have an increased chances of breast cancer than who are not using these.

B.
Two drugs which can cause lung diseases
* Aspirin ( aspirin induced bronchospasm).
Clinical presentation is...
Rhinorrhea, conjunctivitis, flushing of the head and neck.
  
* Fenfluramine derivatives and SSRI's ( serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors) can cause pulmonary hypertension
