H3C6H5O7+3NaOH -----------------> 3H2O + Na3C6H5O7

here the mole are for the citric acid is 1 and the NaOH are 3 moles

from the equation

3 mol NaOH ----------------------------> 1 mol H3C6H5O7

0.0093 mol ------------------------------->?

=> 0.0093 * 1 / 3

=> 0.0031 moles

mass of citric acid is required is = moles * molar mass

mass = 0.0031 mol * 192.124g/mol => 0.59558 grams

answer => 0.6 grams

when the no of moles of the H+ are equal to the OH- ion and then neutralization reaction will occurs i.e the total amount of the H+ are reacted with the OH- and remains unreacted in the reaction
