Still now Woman all round the facing many challenges in their work force but without them the economy of many countries won't be in this phase as they were today.

With the influx of woman into labour force the competition for jobs may have increased but it helped the countries to go faster than they expected.

Reasons:

1) Due to increase in women there is higher productivity in work place as women are more and better decision makers than Men.

2) Women always acts as a strength which is also one reason why it is also the reason they were influxed into work force

3) There are many instances where Women proved that they are more skilled than many men which is also a reason for influx of women

4) If both men and women will work in a family the standard of living of people also increases which is also a reason why many countries want women to work

5) Due to women empowerment which is also one reason for influx of women into labour force

6) Not like men but women know how to balance their work life and home life.

7) Women are capable of long hours with patience which is Also one reason.
