Answer: This example relates to the first step of establishing credibility. For establishing credibility either one needs to have an expertise or have relationships with the audiences. For example a doctor gives a lecture on bringing change in the lifestyle for better health; he or she will have more credibility in the audience than an ordinary speaker because a doctor is considered to be an expert on the health matter.    His or her professional qualification will create a credible image in the minds of the audiences who will both believe and listen to him. Hence he or she may be able to convince the audience in a better way for changing their lifestyle and practice new lifestyle.
