1) Equity theory: Equity theory is a decent idea that motivates employees through fairness and transparency by allowing equal opportunity for the employees irrespective of their socio-cultural orientation. It depicts that employers must maintain a diversified attitude for employees. Moreover, the equitable distribution of wages, workplace rights, and promotional options should be allowed for employees.

2) Example- The management of Walmart has planned to provide incentives to the employees based on their efficiency of achieving a goal instead of their socio-political and economic background. It helps to maintain equity and the unbiased situation in the organization.
