Answer

Stress may be caused by various factors or events. It is nothing but feeling uneasiness and tiredness which disturbs mental health, resulting in fatigue and decline in performance.

Considering the situation where an employee is provided with overload of work and is also doing overtime to get some extra benefits. This may cause heavy stress to him and may neglect family or friends unintentionally. He will not be able to balance work and life and finds many problems in personal life as well. He may be exhausted at work and due to which fatigue and stress prevails, this may cause health issues and the person may feel arrogance and frustrations. Which sometimes becomes outburst on closed ones. Damaging the comfort at home and reducing the productivity at workplace.

To overcome or eliminate stress and it's impact, the employees must schedule the works and tasks without overloading or burdening on employees. There should be stress management, including medication counseling, and letting the employees work with empowerment and flexibility.
