Can you give me brief answers to these questions.
1) identify the clinical area of practice for a nurse.

7) how does nurses recognized his/her own limits and ask for help as needed?

9) does nurses mentor other aspiring professionals? If so, how? If not, why?
10) what does nurses see as the biggest challenge the nursing profession currently faces. What can a nurse do to address this issue?

1) Nurses have a wide range of specialty areas to practice. A certified RNs can work in a direct patient care unit, emergency room, Oncology department, Pediatric unit, Surgical unit, operating room, postpartum unit, recovery unit, post-recovery unit, invasive procedure unit, cardiology department, outpatient department, and critical care unit. In addition, the nurses also have opportunities in leadership position and nurse educators.

2) I choose the nurse as my career because nursing has several specialist areas to get a benefit and strengthen my interest in that specialty area. It is a profession close to my heart and can work wherever I like across the world.

3) The personal philosophy of Nursing is to direct care of the patient as a whole and to respect them with honor. Treating the patient with utmost care, supporting them emotionally, maintaining effective communication, educating of the patient condition will help to get positive outcomes of the patient. It is a profession to serve the people in need.

4) the knowledge and critical thinking skills of nurses help them to apply the theory into practice to maintain patient-centered care. The information in the nursing school helps them in problem-solving and to make clinical decisions. The nursing process helps them to core the patient's data and to set priorities and to deliver more focused care on the individual patient.

5). The interprofessional team approach is necessary for the effective care of the patient. Nurses have to play a vital role in the interprofessional team. Nurses must understand the role of other healthcare providers and collaborate with them effectively. Open communication, collaboration helps to improve the health outcome of the patient.
