Systems theory is an interdisciplinary theory about the nature of complex systems in nature, society, and science, and is a framework by which one can investigate and/or describe any group of objects that work together to produce some result.The family systems theory states that a family functions as a system wherein each member plays a specific role and must follow certain rules.Patterns develop within the system, and each member's behaviors impact the other members in predictable ways. The benefit of learning multiple theoretical approaches is to help us understand the human nature in a better manner an establish a pattern or methodology about how the ecosystem around us functions well.
