Metastatic cancer is a cancer which canceeous cells spread to other body parts from site of origin.

A tumor formation occurs due to uncontrolled cell division. The cancerous cell get together to for a primary tumor at one place, when this tumor change its location or metastasize, this process is called metastasis. A cancerous cell break down from primary tumor and invade into either lymphatic or circulatory system so it can move from one site to other.
