Answer #1

A new sweets and snacks shop had recently opened in our vicinity. There is no other sweets and snacks shop within a 2km radius. They had given advertisements in the local newspapers and invited locals at their inaugural event. I had been there with several neighbors. They offered us to taste samples of their delicacies. We gracefully did. The owner and staff were very welcoming and greeted us with respect. Also, the sweets and snacks were very sumptuous that all of us ended up buying it for our families and friends. Slowly, word-of-mouth publicity popularized the shop. Later on, as his business grew, they started catering to lunch and dinner orders and grew new branches at strategic locations.

In this manner, we realise the importance of selecting a proper location to set-up a business, customer base, improving variety, consistent courteous service and maintaining quality for growth of any business.
