Ford Motor Company was formed in the year 1903. The company sells automobiles and commercial vehicles under Ford brand and owns luxury cars. Ford also owns other major automobile brands, and is considered the second largest U.S based automaker (behind General Motors) and the fifth largest in the world. Ford has manufacturing operations across the world and has large consumer base attraction. The company enjoys large monopoly and profit in terms of its sale and distribution in the market. Ford employs around more than 200,000 at around 90 plants and facilities worldwide. It introduced methods for large scale manufacturing of cars which includes adapting to latest technology and tools. Ford covers major shares in the market and has tremendously proven its potential across the globe. The luxurious cars that they produce itself is a mark of respect and dignity to all its customers and other competitors. They use highly mechanised technology for their cars and comes up with a unique design in creation and development. Its launches and distribution in the market creates an immense chaos among the mass audience and other stakeholders. They enjoy a healthy competition from other manufacturing companies with great force and power.

Currently, the company hiring process has become extensively strong and choosy about the talent that they resource. They normally select the best resources which would bring an enormous change in their company's reputation and position in the market. They hire among the best expertise from across the globe keeping in mind the growing competition in the market. Nowadays, the hiring process has changed with the change from its management levels and other top hierarchy. They make a strong decision making power while selecting the best talent which would make an impact in their company's objectives and goals. But however, there are certain ways to improve the best recruit that they make while selecting the best potential:

  • Management should not be too excessive in their decision making power
  • Selection process should be streamlined and cohesive
  • Top hierarchy should not be limited in their workforce
  • Employee friendly and culture
  • Nurture best resources to gain more confidence
  • Use of highly equipped tools in making hiring more transit
  • Develop a smooth interaction in hiring process
