∆G = Free-Energy Change means that energy change involved during the process . Which is mathematically described as

                                                ∆G = ΔG° + RT ln K

Where P is the reaction quotient, the ratio of products to reactants at some state. It is equal to K if the system has reached equilibrium.

Under standard condition pressure 1 bar and Temp 298K, Gibbs Free Energy (G) is called ΔG°.

In simple words, Free-Energy Change means measure of energy change involved in particular process with any pressure temperature.

ΔG° means measure of energy change at specified temperature and pressure (i.e, pressure 1 bar and Temp 298K).

Phosphorylation potentials: In a cell, energy needed for all the work is derived from hydrolysis reaction of ATP. ATP Play vital role. The amount of energy required to   synthesis ATP is called the phosphorylation potential. It is index of energy status of living organism. Technically derived from above mentioned free energy equation. for the given below reaction
