X-axis: strains of Candida glabrata in presence and absence of acetate.

Y-axis: Percentage of macrophages with internalized Candida glabrata.

Data: Increased % of macrophages with Candida glabrata, when treated with acetate compared to untreated condition.

Type of graph: bar graph

Bar graph will clearly show if there is increase in effective Percentage on treatment with acetate compared to untreated condition. Here comparison between organism is not important but the change in concentration is more important, which will be easier to observe using bar graph compared to line graph.
