Why do so many young women aspire to be thin like models in magazines when they may realize that these individuals do not eat a healthy diet?

The physical structure of an individual forms the first impression for anyone to remember them.We would have commonly heard of that the person is portrayed on the basis of their appearance like height and weight.We never forget people who are obese and are succumbed to mock,whereas The women who are slim or thin are usually praised by others.This forms one of the major reason for women to aspire for skinny appearance. The other reason for women to aspire for looking like model are

  • To face the society against critics
  • to perform daily activities effectively ( climbing staircase)
  • To have a respect in the society
  • To avoid landing in depression due to obesity

The food style of models are not always healthy due to their lifestyle. Their diet mainly depends on the calorie intake. An increase or decrease may lead to changes innthe physical appearance which a normal lifestyle women may face difficulty to practice it.
