* Central obesity is a major health care concern because,

                   * Central obesity occurs due to accumulation of excessive fat or adipose tissues

                      around the stomach and abdomen result in following health problems,

                                   * Cardiovascular diseases

                                           * Obese patient need increased blood volume to maintain perfusion

                                              of increased adipose tissues which result in increasing cardiac work

                                              load to meet the demand of tissues leads to cardiac problems.

                                           * Atherosclerosis occurs due to build of fats or cholesterol in artery

                                              walls of obese patient due to high fat and cholesterol in the body

                                              result in cardiac problems.

                                   * Dibetic melitus type 2

                                           * Obese patients have more adipose tissues which result in increase

                                             stress to individual cells leads to increase insulin resistance and make

                                             the patient diabetic.

                                 * Dyslipidemia

                                           * Obesity result in excessive amount of lipids,triglycerides and fat in the

                                              blood leads to dyslipidemia.

                                  * Hypertension

                                           * Obesity result in increased body weight which result in more pressure

                                              to move blood around the body leads to hypertension.

                                  * Asthma

                                            * Obesity is a cause of asthmatic symptoms by presence of more

                                                abdominal fat on the lungs.

                                           * Obese patient show low level of physical activity and total changes in

                                              metabolic processes of the body and small brain volume associated

                                              higher visceral fat leads to alzhemier's disease.
