Fourth industrial revolution Research objectives OR hypotheses revisited
Fourth industrial revolution Research objectives OR
hypotheses revisited:
The Research objectives of the fourth industrial revolution is a
study, exploring industry perspectives on the skills needed,
supporting the uptake and diffusion of the disruptive technologies
associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and, in
particular, the skills required from graduates over the next five
to ten years. It explores the relationship between innovations and
more fine-grained occupational characteristics.
Research is driven by the perceived need bringing in changes in the public provision of training creating a more highly skilled national workforce, on which enterprises can draw to improve their competitiveness. However, relative demand-side information is less known. The training processes within the enterprise, maligned publicly as being low in quantity and quality, at the same time have remained unexplored.
Research objectives address and answer research
questions investigating the questions across the literature review
and findings such as:
* Exploring the policy formulation mechanism for the changes in
education and the extent of its local contextualization.
* Understanding the existing and future relations of the education
system and the labor market and plans meant to enhance the
stakeholder's coordination.

era.
* It is used to examine the relationship between disruptive
technologies and skill development needs in a certain sector from
industry i.e., technology users, and innovators i.e., technology
producers perspectives.
* The objective is to determine what the nature of the relationship
is between disruptive technologies and demand for skills.
* To figure out, to what extent specialist skills versus generic
skills are relevant to the disruptive technologies'
implementations.
* To determine, to what extent the consensus between the technology
innovators and end-use employers is with respect to skills
acquisition or development for disruptive technologies.
* To determine, what the barriers to students’ and graduates’ skill
acquisition and development in a certain sector, technology, or
stream of study are in the next five to ten years with respect to
disruptive technologies.
