Socialised medicine : it describes and discuss the systems of universal health care.Medical and hospital care for all at nominal Cost by means of government regulation of health care and subsides derived from Taxation.

Because of historically negative association with socialism according to American medical association.

Socialised medicine has not been government health care system in United States :

* in USA for health care is supported by health insurance .

Health care money paid by three entities federal, state, local pays more than 50% of the cost so, that's way they are taxpayers.

* the insure company pays about one third of the cost.

* free market health insurance will provide health care goods and services freely as agreement fixed before it self.

* These any interventions free from government.

* By means of social welfare and charity and taxation redistribution of wealth will be taken place.

* socialised health care get by insurance and taxation policies in us.

So by health care insurance companies the people may get socialised health care.
