Interaction between doctor and pharmaceutical companies has been increased significantly in over the last several years. The duty of the doctor is to render services to humanity . Financial gain is a subordinate considerations. After all these pharmaceutical companies help in the professional development and future growth and progress of essential components of good health care system but the basic role of these medical representative is to apprise the doctors about his companies product , there is nothing wrong in this as long as the ultimate beneficiary is the patient.

There is a conflict between the patient and doctors interest as far as the drug is concerned and this conflict occurs when the professional ethics clashes with financial self interest. Due to the increasing competition these drug companies interaction multiple times with the doctors and use many attractive offers such as offering gifts like calenders ,pen stands ,lunch , travel expenses etc so, that they prescribe there drug to increase sales . These offers are too attractive for the doctors to resist and they start to prescribe those drugs under medical representative pressure

This leads to violation of medical ethics :-

- principle of fairness

- principle of fiduciary

- principle of transparency

- principle of dignity

- principle of citizenship

Hence , interaction between physicians and pharmaceutical companies were found to have several negative outcomes that will dimnish patients best interests . Government should make stringent regulations in order to prevent the unethical alliance between doctors with pharmaceutical industry . Cooperation and coordination are needed between many elements such as government pharmaceutical industry , professional organisation to solve the unethical alliance by creating comprehensive ethical guidelines. Patients also need to be educated about the benefits of generic drugs ,its affordability and it gives the same result as the patent drugs.

Doctor and client relationship in plastic surgery is increasing day by day and mostly in-between doctor and female patients because females wants to look beautiful and they reach to plastic surgeons to do changes in their face .

Plastic surgery is needed but in extreme cases like burns , accidental face or other parts malformation etc but is not recommended for a normal person . To look more beautiful and attractive females are more considering plastic surgery. They don't think about the side effects and doctors are also doing the surgeries with the aim of financial gain . These are more practiced in private sectors. Hence, these physicians practise unethically. Government should take stringent actions towards these practices and should hold educational programs for the population regarding plastic surgery and it's side effects .
