                        * Change attention of a person towards a particular activity or topic

                           which result in less focus to individual learning activities.

                        * Group work is a time consuming activity so a person partcipate

                           in this type work not get enough time for learning process.

                        * Conflict between members of group may occur during group work

                           which affect the learning process of an individual.

                      * Independent thinking is not happening during group work so it do not

                          give opportunity to develop thinking skills of a person which directly affect

                          the learning process.

                        * Creative thinking is a important learning skill in the learning process but in

                        group work instead of critical thinking group thinking is more relevant so it

                          distract individual from the learning process.
