Information plays a vital role in making the correct decision . In one of the British studies , it is found that healthcare information is the cost effective and easily available data for accurate decision making as it provides knowledge to the lay persons and healthcare staff about how to act in particular situation and helps in sustainable health improvement.
Government has provided the right to have access to health care information but according to the terms and conditions of HIPPA ACT ,1996. It is the law enforced to provide protection of health care information. HIPPA means Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act . This privacy rule is a federal law which allows you certain rights over your personal all health information. So, there must be access to health care information but according to the law .
2. Healthcare professionals are globally rapidally adapting to mobile technology. Smartphones and tablets are the mostly used ones. The main ethical issue or concern related to mobile technology are :-
